Fr_MannyFr.Manny Perez,S.J.,M.D. bids farewell to the Filipino community of Northern Virginia as he resumes his duties as chaplain @ Philippine General Hospital in this fall of 2002. He had been at Georgetown University pursuing his studies on Bioethics and hopefully next year resumes his study in Massachusetts. He has been gracious enough in leading his time for the Men’s Prayer Breakfast of St. Joseph Men’s Fellowship of Northern Virginia held monthly at Manila Cafe for the past two months. He has contributed much to the group with his expertise both as Jesuit priest and a Medical Doctor. We, thank you, for his friendship and kindness with helping build the Men’s Ministry. The Filipino Ministry of St.Anthony sponsors a weekly Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help every wednesday from 6:30pm. A Mass follows at 7pm.
